CONSUMER AWARENESS

Awareness is an important part of informing the consumers of their basic rights and responsibilities and promoting their interest under the law. Consumers are educated and informed through awareness programs and information dissemination via the use of print and audio media. The ICCC has also been involved in conducting workshops, seminars and visitations as part of its objective to create and generate consumer awareness.
