What is regulation and why does the Commission regulate prices, industries and state utilities?

The Commission may make a particular good or service to be declared for regulation by the Minister when the good or service or an entity is a monopoly. The Commission may write to the Minister for the good or service needs to be regulated under the ICCC Act 2002.
