COMMISSION'S SPECIAL PROJECTS UNDERTAKEN BY PRASPD
The work of the Commission in the area of Special Project Branch is the administration of PART VIII of the ICCC Act where the Commission conducts inquiry and report as directed by Minister responsible for Treasury matters and Parliament.
The following Industry reviews have been undertaken by the Special Projects. Whilst some are on going, others have been completed and are pending the approval from the Government.

The Commission’s Draft Report on the Review of the Housing and Real Estate Industry has been presented to the Government through the Minister for Finance and Treasury and is now available for public viewing. The Report contains the Commission’s preliminary findings and policy recommendations for further consideration and comments subsequent to the Final Report being adopted by the Government and its subsequent implementations.
