• Undertaking: Shell supplies Jet A1 and Avgas to aircrafts through the Joint User Hydrant Installation (JUHI) at the Jackson ’s airport. The JUHI was jointly owned by Shell and Mobil through a JV agreement with Shell being the Operator. Shell has now purchased Mobil’s 50% interest in the JUHI with a conditional undertaking that Shell will offer the requisite share of the JUHI to any new participant who may wish to enter the market in the near future.
